    By applying to participate in a TRAQ event, I authorize the ISA to make my registration and contact information available to the local chapter / associate organization.     To earn a Tree Risk Assessment Qualification you must hold or have held one of the following prerequisites. Please indicate which prerequisite(s) can be used to verify your eligibility. For non-ISA credentials, please submit a copy of a certificate, credential identification card, diploma, or similar documentation. Copies can be uploaded below or emailed to office@qaa.net.au.
  • If you hold a credential or have completed a program of study that is not listed above, go to https://www.isa-arbor.com/Portals/0/Assets/PDF/Certification/TRAQ-Eligibility-Appeal.pdf?ver=2018-03-06-145745-593 for information on submitting an appeal. Please be aware that the appeals process could take several months.

    Cancellation Policy *

    All bookings are confirmed upon full payment to the Queensland Arboricultural Association Inc.
    If you wish to cancel your booking, request must be made in writing.

    Credits and Refunds:
    1 day prior or on the day – no credit or refund
    Within 7 days of event – 25% credit or refund.
    Within 7-14 days of event – 50% credit or refund.
    Over 14 days before event – full credit or refund.
    **Credits are valid within the same calendar year.

    Cancellations:
    The Queensland Arboricultural Association reserves the right to cancel any activity due to lack of bookings up to two days prior to an event or course.
    Please contact us to confirm that your event will go ahead before booking travel or accommodation.

    Refund and Cancellation Policy *

    If you wish to cancel your booking, the request must be made in writing.

    4 days prior or on the day – no credit or refund.
    7 days of the event – 20% credit or refund.
    Within 8-30 days of the event – 35% credit or refund.
    Over 31 days before the event – full credit or refund.

    **Credits are valid within the same calendar year.

    The Queensland Arboricultural Association reserves the right to cancel any activity due to a lack of bookings up to two days prior to an event or course.
