Shane’s Trees began as a small family-run tree business in the Sutherland Shire in 1986. Over close to four decades, we’ve grown from local beginnings into a trusted arboricultural and vegetation management provider operating across Sydney, the Illawarra, and the New South Wales east coast — and now into South East Queensland through our Brisbane operation based in Hemmant.

At our core, we are a tree company. We provide a full range of domestic and commercial tree services, including pruning, removal, stump grinding, mulching, and ongoing tree health and maintenance programs for residential properties, strata, and commercial clients. Our crews are experienced in working safely and efficiently across a wide variety of site conditions, from suburban backyards to larger commercial landholdings. Alongside our domestic and commercial work, we also bring specialist capability to government and infrastructure-related vegetation management, including rail corridor maintenance and council asset management.

This experience has shaped a strong internal safety culture and given our teams exposure to the kind of structured, compliance-driven environments that complex sites demand — knowledge that flows back into how we run every job, regardless of scale.

Our Brisbane team operates across Brisbane City, Gold Coast, Moreton Bay, Redland City, Logan City, and Ipswich City, offering local clients the same standards of qualified, safety-focused arboricultural service that has underpinned our reputation in New South Wales.

We maintain a qualified workforce, with team members holding AQF Certificate III in Arboriculture and undertaking regular ongoing training, including climbing technique refreshers, aerial rescue competency, and in-house safety sessions. Our people are supported by current EWP tickets, General Safety Induction (White Card), and First Aid certification, ensuring every job is carried out by appropriately trained personnel.

Safety and environmental responsibility are central to how we operate. We maintain comprehensive Workplace Health & Safety and environmental management practices, supported by appropriate insurances including Public Liability and Workers Compensation cover.
