Cancellation Policy *

All bookings are confirmed upon full payment to the Queensland Arboricultural Association Inc.
If you wish to cancel your booking, request must be made in writing.

Credits and Refunds:
1 day prior or on the day – no credit or refund
Within 7 days of event – 25% credit or refund.
Within 7-14 days of event – 50% credit or refund.
Over 14 days before event – full credit or refund.
**Credits are valid within the same calendar year.

Cancellations:
The Queensland Arboricultural Association reserves the right to cancel any activity due to lack of bookings up to two days prior to an event or course.
Please contact us to confirm that your event will go ahead before booking travel or accommodation.

Description

Bryan Gould is running a number of workshops for the QAA in 2023 and early 2024. We are offering a discounted rate for booking multiple workshops.

We recognise that not all workshops will apply to each individual person/role within a business. That’s why we’re allowing businesses to book a bundle rate but send different staff to each workshop. This also means you don’t lose out if an employee’s situation changes, you simply send someone else. 

To book a bundle rate, select your preferred option on the tickets page. Individual attendee names do not need to be supplied at time of booking.

Buy all 7 workshops – 15% discount

Buy 5 workshops – 10% discount

Buy 3 workshops – 5% discount

All workshops will be held at the QAA Head Office, 26-40 Delancey Street, Cleveland QLD 4163
