We are excited to announce that we will be holding Arbor Camp™ in 2019. As supporters of our industry, we are personally inviting you to be a part of this event. This year the event is to be held over three days on 20th, 21st and 22nd of September at Rocky Creek Scout Camp – 3246 Old Gympie Road, Beerwah, Queensland 4519.
We are hoping to attract a wide range of spectators to this event and of course the arboriculture community. We are promoting a family orientated event, with our main objective to educate people within our industry. Your support and products you supply are a huge importance in being a part of this. We ask that if you wish to accept our invitation to this year’s ArborCamp™, that you please complete the attached form, this ensures we designate you with space within the market stall area.
We will be asking all vendors to arrive on Thursday the 19th September to start the bump in, as we are wanting everything placed prior to the gates opening on Friday the 20th September. Upon Arrival you will need to locate Ben Inman or Tanya Johns who will direct you to your site and assist with any set up enquiries.
As a stall holder, we are offering you a 3 x 3 site* with a cost of $50 per site (keeping in line with current Market Stall prices). This money will need to be paid no later than 19th September 2019 to secure your spot.
In the weeks leading up to ArborCamp™, we will be promoting our sponsors and their businesses, please advise if there are any event specials or special merchandise you will be including at this Event. This will help us get the word out on what you are offering and hopefully make your site a draw card for attendees. Power on site is very limited, so please supply your own generator and tagged power cords if required.

We are also requesting if vendors have any promotional items, they could donate towards our kids showbags like stickers, brochures etc. we would be most appreciative.
