Heartwood Tree Solutions is a family-owned business with over 10 years’ experience. Owner and operator, Shane Clark has been fortunate enough to have gained his knowledge and experience whilst working with well-respected Arborists within the industry. In 2008 Shane completed his AQF3 in Arboriculture, and in 2012, his Diploma in Horticulture (Arboriculture) RTF50203.
I couldn’t believe it when Shane said he wouldn’t cut my tree, he said it looked to good, but what he did suggest was to thin it then take the branches from the neighbours side to appease them but leave the natural shape of the tree.
It looks great, thank goodness he didn’t let me do what I wanted.
The whole crew are great, very professional and the cleanup was amazing.

I contacted Shane from Heartwood Tree Solutions to cut down 5 trees on my property. These trees were all in very nicely developed gardens with a risk of damaging many other plants if not taken away correctly.
Shane’s quote was fair and competitive and I awarded him the job.
Shane and his team arrived on site and were very professional right form the start. All the trees were expertly removed and NO damage was done to any of my other shrubs and plants. Everything was cleaned up and mulch tipped where required.
