Very happy with the work that Eden Trees have done. I was ‘in awe’ watching Lesley climb to the heavens to bring down 2 very big trees with incredible precision, piece by piece !! Incredible!!!

(We) Paul Hawker and I engaged Eden Trees to take down a very LARGE African Tulip Tree and a few smaller trees. It was a very technical and difficult job. The team arrived on time, communicated well, worked incredibly hard all day (in very gusty wind conditions) and were lovely to deal with. They cleaned up after and left the site clean and tidy. This is the third time we have used Eden Trees, and once again are very happy with their work. Dean called prior to discuss the scope of works, and quote on the job. The team arrived on time and discussed what they would be doing and set about getting to work on the job at hand. Communication was easy, and with the wet ground the guys took care to cause as little impact as they could. The job was finished promptly with everything required done. As in the past we would definitely recommend Eden Trees, and we will be using them again in the future.

Eden Trees and its incredible team were the most respectful, efficient and experienced tree arborists I have ever encountered over 35 years. They cut down a very large and dangerous tree on our property (yes council approval was obtained) in one day! They were very focussed on safety and respect for others and cleaned up after themselves to perfection. They sought our feedback on aspects of the removal as needed. I rate them as 5* and would never use anyone else.

Our beautiful old Queenslander was being slowly but surely swallowed by overgrown vegetation, and we were at a loss as to how to tackle it without damaging the house or the trees we wanted to keep. 5 stars doesn’t do justice to the exceptionally proficient, knowledgeable, prompt, affordable, professional and “above-and beyond” job done by Eden Trees at our home. Eden Trees removed five tall palms, two of which were 10m+ high and in difficult-to-access locations. The risk of damage to expensive structures was considerable. The team removed them all speedily and seamlessly with no damage to any part of our property, and finished the takedown and grinding jobs with careful attention to clean-up. We can’t recommend Eden Trees highly enough.

We had some work done at our house to remove a palm tree that was very close to our fence & carport. It was a pleasure communicating with Eden Trees throughout the quoting process, scheduling & actual day of work. It was very convenient because for palm tree removal, I was able to send photos of the tree via their SMS link for a quote, and they let also you know when they are estimated to arrive (with a tracking link). Mitch and his team did quick work within an hour, and the place was left tidy. Thank you also for taking a couple of large wood pieces for us (which previously we haven’t been able to get rid of)! 10/10 service for an affordable price, I’ll surely be using these guys in future for any tree work 🙂
