The training providers listed are either, Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) or at least have a formal agreement and association with an RTO. RTOs are required to ensure that their products and services meet the standards set out in the Australian Quality Training Framework (AQTF) and are administered by the Department of Education, Training and Arts (DETA). The QAA recommends that any issues are discussed openly with the training provider and RTO before contacting DETA.
